Gold for ladies at the British Masters Road Relay Championships, Sutton Coldfield, Sat 18th May 2013
Bingley Harriers ladies, Mary Green, Sue Carriss, and Becky Weight won the V55 catogory in the British Masters Athletics Association (BMAF) Road Relay Championships at Sutton Coldfield on Sat 18th May 2013. Mary Green got a second gold medal for the fastest V55 lady. The V65 men, Peter Ellerton, Fred Gibbs and Les Haynes were pipped to the post for the medals coming 4th.

Bingley ladies managed to field teams at both XC championship events on Sat 16 Mar. The British Masters Athletics Federation (BMAF) was in Sunderland and more locally the YVAA event was in the pleasant surroundings of Wentworth Castle, nr Barnsley. The clash was unfortunate, or fortunate, depending on your point of view.
