Pauline Smith F60 ran as a guest her time was 28.17 Good runs in the 10K M40-M60 race,Stewart MacDonald came 4th and won the M45 race in a time of 36.08,Shaun Jordan took the silver in the M60 race his time was 41.16,Bryan Parkinson M60 recorded a time of 43.54.
