Bingley put out two seniors men’s teams over the hilly grass an woodland trail course.Bingley’s A team came 25th out of the 50 teams that ran,on leg 1 Ben Marriott who had the quickest Bingley time of 10.43,leg 2 was Simon Fielding Bingley’s 800m and 1500m record holder,his time on the day for the 2mile was 12.29,on leg 3 came Peter Pyrah in a time of 12.48,Andy Siddle brought Bingley home on the 4 leg in a time of 12.08.
Our B team was not too far behind in 31st place leg 1 Tom Hooper on the come back trail ran a time of 12.13,on leg 2 was Bingley’s new man Mike McCartney his time was12.16,on leg 3 was our youngest runner at 18 Daniel Smithurst in a time of 12.43,on on the last leg for the b team was Wayne King-Farlow in a time of 13.44.
