Blisco Dash

5 Bingley Harriers took part in the Blisco Dash fell race. Being a British, English, and Bingley Harriers Fell championship counter the quality of the field was second to none with runners from all over Britain taking part.

There were separate Womens and Mens races with the mens race starting some 80 mins after a ladies race to ensure the majority of the ladies had finished.

The race ladies race was won by Helen Fines of Calder Valley in a new record time of 45:26 with our very own Vic Wilkinson, still recovering from her ankle injury suffered whilst doing the Buckden Fell race, coming second in 46:31 which was also inside the old record.

The mens race was won by Simon Bailey of Mercia in a time of 37:32 with Bingley’s Rob Jebb finishing 3rd in a time 38:21 full results can be found here and the Bingley results are below.
