Emma’s day at Ilkley

  • by

Emma Clayton set a new ladies record (42.03) at the Ilkley Fell Race smashing her own record from last year and was placed 11th overall out of 221 runners. She held Annabel Mason and Helen Fines (2nd and 3rd ladies, 14th & 17th overall) at bay.

Bingley gents Paul Tiffany, Paul Mitchell (1st V50) and Martin Peace came in close together (20th , 21st & 23rd) supported by John Merritt (83rd) and Myles Talbot (91st). Tamsin Treasure-Jones, Sue Fulton and Marisol Carrera-Vivar were all within striking distance of each other (162, 166 & 172). Good to see Marisol back out running again and lots of Bingley out supporting the senior race and the earlier junior races.
