The usual winter speed sessions will commence on Tuesday’s in September, at Beckfoot from 7.00pm. Members should come prepared to work on either grass or road.
Can all Senior Athletes please sign in at the small desk

Family Night - Beginners or Parents of juniors can run with the Junior Packs as escorts at 7pm and in the meantime increase their own fitness levels.

Weight Sessions Available
We can offer strength-training sessions on various evenings for senior members at Beckfoot School. As the nature of the training involves lifting weights, medical questionnaires must be completed prior to your first training session, and training can only take place on designated night under the supervision of Keith Daniel. All athletes under the guidance of a UK Athletics qualified coach must seek their coach's consent before attending.
Regardless of your event or training status strength training will help you to achieve the success you are striving for.
Anyone intending to make use of this excellent opportunity must contact Keith Daniel first on 01274 511836 to ensure that we can provide a safe effective training environment for all.

USE OF BECKFOOT FACILITIES - OTHER THAN CLUB NIGHTS.
The use of the changing facilities, toilets, the field etc can be used by members at times other than club nights. However in order to ensure that bona-fide members are using the facilities please show either your North of England or Bingley Harriers membership card and sign in the register held by the sports hall staff. Athletes wanting to use the long jump pit, throws, hurdles etc must be accompanied by a UKA coach. In the early evening please check with staff before going into the toilets or changing rooms as they may be in use by school pupils.

SOCIAL EVENINGS etc.
From time to time social evenings and other functions, such as school parent evenings, affect the above training sessions. Please check the appropriate section of the web site for details of these events.
