The 2008 Bingley Junior Championship is a 12 race series, including local and FRA championship races with the best 7 results to count as the final score. The championship has the categories U8/U10/U12/U14/U16/ U18, and most races will cover all the categories. The category you race in is determined by your age on the 1st January 2008. Sunday 27th January 2008 Soreen Junior Quarry Runs, Penistone Hill Park, Haworth 10.30, £1 on day. U8 (over 6), 0.5m/100'; U10/U12/U14, 1m/150'; U16, 2m/300'. (U18’s usually set off with the main  Stanbury Splash field)
Sunday 24th February 2008 Ilkley Moor Fell Race, junior races start from 10.30 Wells Road, Ilkley GR 115470, U8 0.5m/'; U10/U12/U14, 1m; U16, 2m,U18 challenge 2m. (U18’s may prefer the senior race which is “Over 16”)
Saturday 19th April Anniversary Wa! 11:45 from Stair Village Hall, Newlands (GR 237212) U8 to U18 FRA English Junior Championship Races 
Monday 26th May Shutlingsloe, 12:30 Crag Hall, Wildboarclough  (GR SJ 988688)  £2 on day plus £1 entrance to fete, U8 to U18 FRA English Junior Championship Races

Sunday 20th July Oldfield, 11:30 The Grouse Inn, Oldfield, nr Oakworth, Keighley (GR 011383) Junior races for U12 (over10)/U14/U16: U18’s can run senior race.
Sunday 2nd August Hellifield Gala 2:15, Yorkshire Junior Championship Races U12, U14, U16 (U10 race but non-championship; U18’s run with senior race).
