The Blackfell Race

The Blackfell Race starts and finishes in the village of Kettlewell, North Yorkshire. The race is classed as a AM race under FRA rules so it requires some experience of fell or mountain running and navigation experience is recommended.

Please note that FRA mandatory kit applies to this AM race please see link above if unsure. NO KIT, NO RUN! 

The route choice is somewhat up to the runner but the following checkpoints must be visited and in order:

Start 1.00pm,

Registration in Kettlewell Village Hall

Event parking available, the cost is £3.00 with 50% of this going to Fell Rescue and the rest to the landowner.  Directions to the parking will be signed on entry to the village. Please use this parking as it frees up the village parking for other visitors. Parking is limited so please car share were possible.
