Usually run over the first full weekend of July, the Blackfell Race starts and finishes in the village of Kettlewell, North Yorkshire. The race is classed as a AM race under FRA rules so it requires some experience of fell or mountain running and navigation experience is recommended.

For 2018 we have event parking available, the cost will be £3.00 with 50% of this going to Fell Rescue and the rest to the landowner. Directions to the parking will be signed on entry to the village. Please use this parking as it frees up the village parking for other visitors.
Please note that the start and registration is a 10 min walk from the car parking field so please make sure that you bring all of your kit with you.
