British Masters Open Road Relay Championships

This is popular event where you’ll see the country’s top runners in action. Race times are as follows:

10:35 M75+ (3 stages)
12:25 M55 (3 stages)
12:25 M65 (3 stages)
14:00 M35 (6 stages)
14:05 M45 (4 stages)

Each stage is a 5K undulating tarmac circuit through grass and woodland. Medals are awarded to the three fastest teams and the three fastest stage runs in each category.

The club will pay the entry fees.

If you want to run, and can persuade others in your age group to make up a team, that would be really helpful. A reserve or two is desirable, as only those named on the team entry list will be allowed to compete.
