The last race in the league took place at Cliffe Castle on 8 December, and conditions underfoot were treacherous.
Once again we were short of numbers and, though we did have representatives in all eight junior races, we only managed two scoring teams: our U11 Boys were 3rd, and Under 15 Boys once again had a fine win to gain overall victory.
Individually, however, there was a great deal to be happy with, as can be seen from the results below. It was pleasing to see Theo Armitage and Joseph Carnelley making their debuts for the season – I hope we shall a lot more of them when the championships begin.
I should also mention another brave run by Elinor Gorrell.
