This prestigious event was held on March 7 at Cofton Park, Birmingham,
and three of our juniors were representing Yorkshire.
In the U15 Girls race Vicki Merrick achieved a very creditable 110th position, whilst brother Matthew, in the corresponding Boys race, had one of his best runs of the year in 49th.
In the U17 Men’s race Emile Cairess, in the middle of a wonderful run of form, finished in an outstanding 5th position which secured him the overall Cross Challenge title – well done to him and to coach Dave Benson.
