Fred Gibbs took his total of BMAF titles to 20 at the BMAF 10K Road Championship August 18th 2013.Winning gold in the M75 race in a time of 44.29.
Les Haynes took silver in the M70’s with his time of 41.05.
The BMAF M65 road Champions was not troubled at the YVAA 2013 Road Relays Saltaire on th 1st September.Taking the Gold in the M70’s.Les Haynes 18.07 fastest M70,Fred Gibbs 18.58,John Smithurst 21.19.recording a course M70 record by going under the hour 58.24.
Our ladies 0/45 team took the gold thanks to Aly Raw 17.22,Sue Becconsal 17.19 fastest lady 0/45,and Becky Weight 19.35.
M60 team was just out of the medals coming 4th Peter Ellerton 19.20 Bryan Parkinson 17.38 and well supported by Tony Kingham 19.26.
Well done to the 0/35 Ladies by getting together and putting out a team Lesley Watson 19.48,Ruth Whitehead 18.09,and well done to Emma France for supporting the team 24.37.
