20 years since I last ran on the track,then I won two silver medals.I manage a gold & silver at the Northern Vets Championship Leigh today,just shows the advantages of staying around.
Gold 1500m 6.28. Siver 800m 3.08.3.
Pleased with the 800,but both gets a 2nd UK age ranking.
