Sarah Benson competed in the European Indoor Trials at EIS Sheffield on Saturday
9th February 2013 and broke her own Shot Put club record by 1cm with a distance of 13:49.
Sarah finished 5th. An excellent achievement, good to watch and up against close competition. She gained 5th position after the first 3 rounds and managed to maintain this all the way through!
